What has happened?

Due to the impact of COVID 19, we are now facing a devastating loss of funds.

There is a lot of uncertainty around the future of our events, fundraising activities, projects, training and the impact on our refuges. Not being able to run these in the same way will have a huge impact on our income. Without the funds that these streams generate we are at risk of not being able to deliver vital life-saving services and support to those who need it most, more now than ever as survivors are isolated alongside abusers.

It’s crucial that we can continue to be there for those living with abuse – domestic abuse services are both live saving and live changing.

How can I help?

We know that we can get through this, but we cannot do this without your help and support.

Unlike other charities who don’t provide support, we can’t just ‘hit pause’ until things improve. We’re committed to supporting survivors, and we’ve got to continue to be there for anyone impacted by abuse.

We’re appealing to the generosity of of the public to help us continue to support those who need us most right now - by making a donation that will directly translate to hope and support for our clients who need us more than ever.

How will my money help

Our teams are working incredibly hard to develop innovative new ways to deliver our core services and support groups online so we can continue to support our communities in the coming weeks and months. Your donations will allow us to continue supporting all of those who need us and keep our refuges open.
